Customers in HI, IL, MA, DC, and CA may be subject to a sales tax surcharge. The surcharge must be added to the order after it is placed and before it is processed.

PLEASE NOTE: Please make sure the billing address you enter matches the address on your credit card. Also, the shipping address must be a physical address, not a post office box, if the order is being shipped by UPS. US Postal Service shipments can go to a PO box. USPS is used for all books, and for some small items.
PAYMENT FOR LARGE ORDERS
We accept all major credit cards. A bank transfer or cashier’s check is required payable to Joseph Jenkins Inc. for orders over $5,000.00. Credit card payments on large (over the phone) orders will require an additional 3% service charge. Company checks will require a one week deposit time to clear. Make checks payable to Joseph Jenkins Inc.
SHIPPING METHODS AND CHARGES
Default shipping is UPS for tools, solder, fasteners, snow guards, and other materials. Some of our manufacturers ship only by Fedex, including AMG (Freund and Express products), and Jalco (snowguards). Books and smaller items are mostly shipped by USPS, so make sure you select the shipping option you want when ordering anything (if an option is available). We try to simplify things by offering free shipping on many items, but we haven't been able to do that for all items yet.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS AND TRACTOR TRAILER DELIVERY
Large snow guard orders, and other heavier items will likely be sent by common carrier (tractor trailer) and cannot therefore be shipped to a residence. You must have a delivery address that is considered a commercial address capable of accepting tractor trailers if you are ordering such items.
Bulk items and special order items are not returnable unless they have been damaged during shipment or are defective. Special order items include, but are not limited to, anything in bulk cartons.
Returnable items will be refunded if returned in new (salable) condition within 15 days of receipt of goods. Return shipping fees must be paid by you, the customer. A restocking charge of 25% will apply.
Sieger snow guards must be returned within 10 days of receipt of goods.
Vermont Snow Guard Company accepts no returns except for defective guards! Make sure your slot size is correct before ordering this product!
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or paid by company check. You can return any defective item at our expense for a full refund.
For returns on ACRO products that are not due to manufacturer defect, you have the following options:
1) You can return for product credit on your account, minus a 25% restocking fee. Shipping will be your responsibility.
2) You can return for refund of your money, minus a 25% restocking fee. Shipping will be your responsibility.
The product must be in salable shape and in its original packaging.
