    Double burners and a refractory lining enable this unit to heat several soldering coppers at a time, fast. This bench-mounted furnace is made from cast iron and built to last. Truly the standard for the industry for many years. Specify natural gas or LP. They have been the most popular all around furnaces for both industry and schools for over 80 years.

    Designed to heat     soldering coppers, these versatile furnaces are also used for heat treating, tempering, case hardening, forging and soft metal melting. They are equipped with powerful Johnson patented Auto-Blast Bunsen burners (each with shut-off valve and pilot light).

    The furnaces are made of heavy cast iron and the fireboxes are lined with high quality refractory. The shelf at the rear of the firebox forms a rest and protects points of soldering coppers. The patented curve shaped hood forces returned blast over tops of irons or parts being treated.

    Firebox is 3.75" L X 4.5" W X 5.5" H. Overall dimensions = 14" long, 9.5" wide and 7 3/8" high. Firebox opening is 4.5" W X 2.75" H. Two burners, 3/8" pipe size, 26,000 BTU/hr, 21 lbs. 

    HOSE IS NOT INCLUDED. You can easily get a hose at any welding supply shop.

    SB100 Solder Pot

    The SB100 heats hand irons using a simple plumber's torch (not included). It can accommodate two or three irons for ease of soldering, up to a three pound iron. The solder pot is easily transportable, extremely lightweight, and durable. A quick-release lever is attached to adjust for roof pitches. It also has a safety cable attached that can be secured during use.  

    The SB100 is a tool for soldering, it retains heat for soldering irons. The oven has been designed for those who solder galvanized sheet metal, copper, or zinc, including rain gutters. It can accommodate two or three irons, up to a three pound iron. The oven is easily transportable, extremely lightweight and durable. A quick release lever is attached to adjust for roof pitches, it also has a safety cable attached that can be secured during use.

    It is designed to accommodate the TS4000 and the TS8000 Torch Tip. We recommend using the TS8000 because it is flame adjustable which will save propane use. The SB100 can be modified to accommodate other torch tips upon request. 

    Hand irons and propane torch are NOT INCLUDED.
